Soft and creamy rafute stewed in awamori

The rafute simmered in awamori has a very soft and gentle texture! This is one of our proud Okinawan dishes, so be sure to enjoy it with your favorite alcoholic beverage.

The highest quality brand of pork, Kin Agu

The meat is soft and juicy.The fat is light and not heavy, giving it a refined flavor.The meat has a nice shine and is visually beautiful, so it is a visual treat as well.It has little of the odor that is typical of pork and does not produce scum easily, so the umami ingredients are less likely to escape, making it the perfect meat for shabu-shabu.

We use Yachimun tableware and Ryukyu glass purchased from all over the prefecture, so we are confident that guests from outside the prefecture will be satisfied with their meals.

We have a wide variety of drinks available, including shochu, sake, and Okinawan awamori! They go perfectly with our a la carte dishes, so please enjoy them in Ryukyu glasses.
